Reusable Cleaning Cartridge - HGN Type

The reusable cleaning cartridge is compatible with all Sanastec and most Enagic and Toyo water ionizers, including Leveluk models. It is highly recommended to use the cleaning cartridge at least twice a year to maintain performance and extend the life of your ionizer.

This cartridge holds 3 times more of the cleaning granule than the E-Cleaner, resulting in better cleaning results. It is designed for use with the Crystalline Cleaning Granule (AF-CCG) only.

Using the reusable cleaning cartridge twice a year can extend the life of your water ionizer. The product is made in the USA and comes in two versions: HG and HGN. Ensure you order the right filter type for your machine.

If your ionizer's filter base/tray/nipple has a completely round center hole, it is compatible with the "HG" or regular filters. If it has 2 indents/notches in the center hole, it is compatible with the "HGN" filters.

To use the reusable cleaning cartridge: 1. Fill it with 2-6 oz of the Crystalline Cleaning Granule. 2. Install the cartridge in the water ionizer. 3. Plug the drain hose with the red rubber stopper. 4. Bend the flexible pipe up (higher than the main unit) and turn on the water for one minute. 5. Turn off the water and let the ionizer sit for approximately one hour. 6. Return the flexible pipe to the original position, remove the rubber stopper, and let the water run for 5-10 minutes. 7. Turn off the water and take out the reusable cleaning cartridge. 8. Save the cartridge and the red stopper for the next use.
